Terms and Conditions

In-stock material may be returned in original condition within 30 days with a copy of your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns on in-stock materials or add a 20% restocking fee for returns requested after 30 days.

Special order materials may not be returned after receipt of material. Changes to special orders after the material has arrived in our warehouse is subject to a 20% restocking fee. In the event we can accept a return of special order materials it is subject to inspection and restocking fee. Claims on damage must be made within 3 days, electronically and with photos. We can not accept claims on damage after 3 days. 

No returns may be made on doors. This includes, but is not limited to slab doors, prefit doors, and prehung units. These items are made to specifications are can not be resold. We strive to request complete and clear information to provide door quotes or to proceed with orders. Claims on doors due to damage must be made at the time of receipt. We can not accept any claims after the doors have left the shop. For adjustments on prefit doors we ask you bring in the old and new door. If adjustments need to be made on doors done to specifications extra charges will incur on a case by case basis.
