We will now require a deposit of 50% to move forward with orders or to place a hold on materials.
Return Policy: All prefit and prehung doors are final sale. Slab doors in original condition can be returned within 3 days, with a 20% restocking fee. Claims on prefit doors must be made within 3 days and with the original door.
Changes to custom orders can only be made by text, email, or in person. We can no longer take changes to orders over the phone. Any claims on changes to orders without an electronic copy of that change will not be honored.
In-stock material can be returned within 30 days, in original condition, with a copy of the receipt.
Special order material may be returned with a 20% restocking fee within 7 days, in original condition. Please pickup your material within 10 days of arrival. We are not liable for damages or loss to material after 10 days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason.
